Simple client-based pricing in practice

01

What the workspace brings together

Use client organizations and invitations, provider team access, Okta reporting and PDF exports, provider branding and the Zoho Desk helpdesk integration. Integration features require the relevant external service and a configured connection.

02

How client capacity works

Your subscription controls the number of client slots available to your provider. Manage billing and capacity from the provider workspace. Inviting contacts into an existing client does not consume additional client slots.

03

Keep external services in mind

GuardLume’s price covers the GuardLume workspace. It does not include an Okta or Zoho Desk subscription. You provide the external accounts and permissions needed for the integrations you choose to use.

04

Start with the workspace

Create a provider account, verify your email and complete the available billing steps. Then add clients and configure their services. Checkout shows the amount due before payment; review it before confirming your subscription.

Client-based pricing

One price. Room for the conversation.

Client invitations do not use extra client slots. Your external Okta and Zoho Desk subscriptions are separate.
