Client portal

One familiar place for every client.

Help clients find their services, understand their account information and reach your team. Give your provider team a consistent workspace across the organizations you support.

Client portal in practice

01

Organize work around the client

A provider workspace contains separate client organizations. Your own employees belong to your provider team; your clients’ people are invited into their client organization. Memberships and roles determine the access each person receives.

02

Make the first click useful

My Services gives client users a simple entry point with service tiles. Opening Okta takes them to their organization’s reporting page. Helpdesk is available when the provider has enabled and configured the relevant connection and client mapping.

03

Use an identity clients recognize

Provider branding settings let you configure the portal identity through supported logo and color options. Branding works alongside the shared interface and access controls, helping clients recognize the provider they already work with.

04

Offer a suitable way to sign in

Account MFA supports local account security. Providers can also enable Okta SSO for individual clients and send invitations tailored to Okta login. Users still need the right GuardLume access; an external identity alone does not grant membership.

05

Give the team a common starting point

Client profiles, contacts, reporting and helpdesk conversations sit within the same organizational context. Instead of explaining where each piece lives every time, your team can guide clients through a repeatable review process.

Good questions

A little more clarity.

Can one provider manage multiple clients?

Yes. Providers manage multiple client organizations, with billing capacity controlling the number of available client slots.

Are client contacts the same as provider employees?

No. Provider employees belong to the provider team. Client contacts receive access within the relevant client organization through their invitation and role.
